Voter Eligibility in PA
To register to vote in Pennsylvania, you must:
Have been a U.S. citizen for at least 1 month before the next election.
Be at least 18 years old by the next election.
Have been a resident of Pennsylvania and the district you wish to vote in for at least 30 days before the next election.
What do I need to bring with me to vote?
The first time you vote, you must bring a photo or non-photo ID.

Felony Convictions and Voting Rights
Those on parole and/or probation are eligible to vote in Pennsylvania.
If you are incarcerated for a felony conviction you are not eligible to vote in Pennsylvania.
Voting rights are automatically restored when you are no longer incarcerated. You will need to re-register to vote.
Election Day Tips
Polls are open from 7:00AM to 8:00PM. The busiest times of day to vote are in the morning and evening. If you can, try going at less busy times.
If you have a question, ask a poll worker.
If you are in line before or at the time the polls close, you will be allowed to cast your vote. If you are in line when the polls close and are turned away, contact the Lancaster County Democratic Committee immediately.
